Prices All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Placing an order To place an order simply click on the Add To Cart under the item you wish to purchase. You can either continue shopping or go to Show Cart to check out. Proceed to Google Checkout where you will be asked to select delivery option from the drop down box and your card details. Please fill in all the boxes; we can only deliver to the cardholders address. If you want to pay by cheque, please make it payable to Mearns Tractors Ltd and post to the office address, which can be found in the Contacts Page. Should your item be out of stock we will first contact you to let you know and then if you want to continue with the order will deliver it as soon as it is back in stock. Alternatively you can cancel your order. Payment will not be taken off your card until we dispatch the order. Delivery We offer two types of delivery service both provided by Royal Mail. Next Day Delivery - order should be with you by 1pm the next day as long as we receive your order by 12 noon. The cost of this service is £11.50 per item however this service is not available on larger items; these are marked , available throughout the UK excluding Highlands and Islands. If you would like your order delivered to the Highlands and Islands please phone the office for delivery prices. Standard Delivery - order should be delivered within 3-5 working days. The cost of this service is £5.5 per item and £8.50 for larger items. This service is available for the whole of the UK excluding the Channel Islands. Orders over £200 will be delivered for free on a standard delivery service. Returns If you wish to return a product it must be done within 14days of delivery in its original undamaged box. Providing the product is returned undamaged we will be happy to exchange it or give a refund subject to a deduction of our postage fee and handling charge of £20. The item is your responsibility until it is delivered back to us, thus we would advise you use a registered courier. The return of the item will be at your own expense. Faulty Products In the unlikely event you receive faulty items please contact us immediately. |
